Athletics continue to roll here at ISD.  The teams are doing an excellent job of competing at the highest level in Senegal.

In middle school basketball action, all teams defeated Liberty Six last Saturday in a really exciting day of basketball.  On the boys side, Daryl dominated in the A game scoring in double digits and controlled the rebounds.  In the B game, Salam dished the ball out to Julian and Oumar numerous times for the victory.  In the C game,  Anuj made some unbelievable shots to control the action.

In the girls contest, Grace stood out for the B-Team and Skye scored 12 points in the A game.

On Wednesday, the teams combined for a Co-Ed game at Dakar Academy.  The Jags lost 20-14.  Great defense was played by Ty and Daryl had some nice buckets.

In soccer action, the boys had a tough match-up against Club Olympique.  We lost 6-2, but played really well in the second half.  Bakkali played well at midfield and Jordan continued to play well in net.

The Girls played DA on Wednesday.  The A-Team tied 0-0 with some great defense and goaltending.  The B-Team lost 3-1, but played really well.
