Sports and Activities We had great turnouts for the HS Volleyball Girls and Boys and the Grade 4-12 Swim team. We have 50 HS students coming out for volleyball and over 50 students for the swim team. GO JAGUARS!
Pool and Club Hours-Week Days-5pm-8pm and Weekends-8am-8pm.
Field-We have closed the field for another week. We will be adding more grass seed and fertilizer on Friday.The field is closed until Monday September 9th. HS Volleyball Boys and Girls Practices next week -Boys-Tuesday September 3, 3:30pm-5pm, Girls-4:45pm-6pm. Wednesday September 4th-Boys -6:45am-8am, Girls-3:30pm-5pm. No practices Thursday-HS retreat. Coaches -Boys-Mr. Donauer and Mr. Randy Johnson, Girls -Mr. Levers and Ms Cushing. Gerard Sambou will be in to help with some of the practices ( Ex Senegalese coach and player). MS Soccer- Boys and Girls The field is closed next week so the players will still meet for meetings and fitness. Practice next week, Tuesday and Thursday Girls and Thursday only for boys. All welcome to attend. Coaches-Boys-Ms. Roderick and Mr. Papis, Girls-Mr. Lambert and Mr. Guedo Grade 4/5 Basketball Practices will be held during ASA which begins the week of September 23 Swim Classes at ISD Some of the HS and MS classes have been swimming for PE classes. ES begins the week of Monday September 9th. We have goggles-5000CFA and swim caps-3000CFA for sale in the PE office. WAISAL-Fall Events-West African International Activities League AD/AC meeting-Oct 20-Lincoln Community School ,Accra Ghana Gr 4-12 Swimming-Oct 31-Nov 3-American International School of Lagos, Nigeria HS Volleyball-Nov 14-17-Lincoln Community School, Accra Ghana MS Soccer-Dec 5-8-International School of Dakar-Senegal We will be hosting the MS soccer at ISD and we will need to host/house 110 visiting students and 15 coaches We will begin looking at prices for flights for Lagos Nigeria for the swim team and Accra, Ghana for the HS volleyball boys and girls teams.
