Go Hard or Go Home! FRIDAY NIGHT BASKETBALL. What a great night, the atmosphere was electric, the supporters from both sides into the spirit of the matches, the cheerleaders first performance was a success, the DJ kept everyone moving to the sounds and the players played hard to the final whistle. We need more of these nights to get the community from both schools out cheering for their teams. ISD JAGUARS VS. DA LIONS GIRLS -The ISD girls had a convincing win over DA and had a 17-0 lead before DA scored their first points. Coach Pregont was able to give all players big minutes on the floor. Congrats to the girls on their fine victory and also retaining the Rutherford trophy. ISD Girls vs. DA Girls BOYS-The boys had a tough time with the big well drilled boys from DA. Their number 13 dominated the boards at both ends and scored many points to keep a clear lead of ISD throughout the match. Credit to our boys who never gave up and fought to the end. It did give Coach Gaucher some things to work on before the return match February 13. The boys lost the Rutherford trophy to DA. ISD CHEER LEADERS-Congrats to our cheer leading team who put together a performance we can all be proud of as ISD Jaguars. The girls looked good in their uniforms and you could see that they have put in lots of hours on this opening performance. Great job girls and coaches, we look forward to having you at more games throughout the year.
