SWIM MEET LAST WEEKEND AT ISD

Well done to all of our swimming Jaguars who took part in the local swim meet last Saturday, 13^th of October, at the ISD Pool.  Those early mornings and afternoon training sessions are really paying off!  EAB and Ngor swimming club provided the competition and there were many exciting races with several thrilling finishes.  The competition was superbly organized and the new-look pool and surrounding areas provided a wonderful setting.  Lots of parents and friends turned out to volunteer with timing and to support the swim team.  The ISD team had some great results; our swimmers are training hard and improving their technique and speed all the time! 

Congratulations to coaches Noah Balazs, Murray Te Huki and Coach John and thanks for all the time they devote to our swimmers!

   

            

    

 The next big swimming event will be the WAISAL competition November 1-4 at the ISD Pool. Come and support the ISD swim team!
