Hello everyone,

MOCRAD/Krav Maga for families is on again and open for everyone every Sunday at 09:30 am at Ebbet's Field.

MOCRAD is a unique Senegali Martial art instructed by its creator Master Serigne Mbaye Gueye, in collaboration with the Israeli self-defense method Krav Maga Instructed by Perry Amitai from Israel.

This unique and joyful activity is an opportunity for your family (adults and kids) to get together with many other interesting people from all around the world, no matter of age, color, race, or religion, to do workout/sport and gain basic self-defense techniques along with self-confidant, self-control and respect to the other.  

The cost will be 20,000 cfa per family per month, paid directly to Master Serigne Mbaye Gueye.  Please email me directly (perry@apdefence.com) if your are interested in participating.
