On this last day of school, I wish all ISD students, parents, teachers and staff a restful and restorative vacation period. Many of you will be traveling, seeing family and friends, and some of you will be leaving ISD for a new school and a new country posting. I wish you all safe and comfortable journeys as we spread out across the world. For those who are leaving, please keep in touch, and help your children keep in touch with friends still here as ISD. They’ll be comforted to know that friends are within easy virtual reach. This has been an active and productive year. I trust that the efforts taken this year will continue to bear fruit for the future good of ISD in the coming years.
