2. Summer Camp: This will be a two-week camp, and we sent forms out yesterday in your child's backpack. I have also attached the form for you to print. This needs to be brought to Francois Diouf in accounts with the money attached. On sign-up you will be given the Summer Camp brochure.

3. Swimming Starts Monday May 4: 

Dear Parents,

The KG to Grade 5 students will be involved in our swimming program beginning Monday May 4 to Friday June 5. The classes will be taught by swimming instructors and staff from the PE department. They will have swimming during their PE class times.

The students will need:

1. A swimming cap-(optional) (Caps for sale at PE Office for 3000CFA)

2. Flip flops to wear from changing room to pool.

3. Swimming goggles. (Goggles for sale at the PE Office for 5000CFA)

4. Swimming suit (Girls one piece) and towel.

4. Gr 2-5 MAP Testing Starts Tuesday 5th: On Tuesday next week, we begin the final battery of MAP tests. As ever, I would like to share the link to the NWEA's PARENT TOOLKIT, which may be of interest in particular to new ISD parents. We always hold follow-up meetings with faculty to discuss the results of all these sets of tests and reflect on how the year progressed for all of our students.
