Dear Parents,

The weeks just seem to get busier; most classes are celebrating the end of the persuasive writing unit (see the 20 pieces on the notice board downstairs) and are looking ahead to the next, informational unit. We also have events coming up such as next week's Musical Picnic, book sale, bake sale - not to mention today's Roald Dahl double bill!

Library and Maker Space are both open again with more below....

Notes:

1. Chickenpox: We have just discovered a case of chickenpox in a Grade 4 class, who took home a letter, and I am passing this information on to the wider ES community. I have attached the letter with additional information about chickenpox, and if you would like more, please speak with Nurse Jennifer Thermenos.

2. Used Book Sale: We are STILL collecting– there is a blue collection bin by the front of the school.

Starting on 2nd March through 4th March books will be on sale outside 4I.
There will be books for all ages and in several languages.
