Dear Parents, The highlight of this week was, of course, Aladdin. The students performed so well, and the students who attended loved the shows. Thanks of course to Joy Osundwa who pulled it all together, and also to Andrea Cushing, Eileen Knobloch, Janel Trinchitella, and Alison Delavel for all their help too! WAISAL HS Volleyball is in full swing at the school, so do come in tomorrow to catch a few games, and more on the week ahead below.... Notes: 1. Photographer from Monday: From Monday, we will have the photographers taking class photos. Here are the days for each class, so you can send your children in their finest!: Monday 17: 2S, 3C, Pre-K 3, KG B, 5S (individual), 4C (individual) Tuesday 18: 2G, 3D, Pre-K 4W, KG K (individual), 5G (individual) Wednesday 19: 1G, 1O, Pre-K 4B, 1T, 4I (individual) Tuesday 25: Class photos for 5S, 5G, 4I, 4C, KG K Make-up photos: If your child is absent on a photo day, let the teacher know and they will arrange a make-up photo when they return. The order forms with sample photos will follow a few days after the final shoot. 2. Parent Teacher Conferences: You should have been given a time for the conferences. If you need to reschedule, please email your class teachers. 3. Report Cards: These will be sent home for all students on Wednesday, Nov. 19. 4. Gaucher Soccer Tournament - Saturday: If you have a child taking part in the soccer tournament Saturday, please try to be there by 8:30am. The games begin at 9:00am and run through 12:00. 7. ASA End Today: Today is the last day of ASAs. There are some make-up sessions on Monday next week. We are back to 3:20 pick-up for all. 8. Two More Events Coming Up: - KG K & 4I Assemblies: We'll be having the assemblies for Ms. Christy and Mr. Ish's classes on Tuesday and Wednesday 25th and 26th November - Winter Concerts & Art Exhibition: The K-2 and 3-5 Winter concerts will be on Tuesday and Wednesday Dec. 2 & 3. This will be not only a musical celebration, but all the children will have art work displayed also! 8.
